Anyone ordered from Track48 lately? I placed an order on 12/23 that was shipped on 1/4 (which was fine, it was the holidays) but it hasn't arrived yet. Canada isn't that far away from the US. I went to send an email today to inquire about a tracking number and I got a bounce back from the sales@track48.com email address. It said the address wasn't found??

I will go out out, way out on a limb and say these folks will NEVER burn you, a glitch in the Internet thing may possibly delay a transaction, but these folks are the best.....not to worry

Canada /usa

Hi
Track48 is a sound outfit don't worry.

As to Canada and the USA not being far from each other if you visit Hyperscale there are regular comments on how long it takes post to travel from Canada to the USA or US to Canada. People are quoting 6-8 weeks in the postal system sometimes as a normal deliver time. So your seems in that ball park.

Re your email.

The email adddress on the Track48 site is Support@track48.com NOT sales@ which may explain your bounce back.

Regards
Andrew

Thanks

Thank you both. I will give it another two weeks as I'm right at 4 weeks now.

I ordered from them once in the past and it only took about 3 weeks, so that is what I'm gauging this on. Also, I've ordered from Poland, the UK, and Spain inside of the timeframe of this order and already have the items in hand. Funny that I can order from Europe and get stuff quicker than something from Canada (and in no way is this implying it is Track48's fault - just a comment on the postal services and possibly Customs).

Delivery woes

February 10 2017, 2:56 AM

Can't say I've experienced Canadian postage delays...

But I live in the UK, & I can order AirFix kits (guilty pleasure? lol) from Lucky Model and from Airfix Pre-Order for a kit already in the retail shops...

I got the Lucky Model Kit, First & a lot cheaper....

Hi
The issue is not Canada to the U.K. but Canada to USA or USA to Canada. Then there are delays for some reason. It's been mentioned many times over in HS and some people have time6-8 weeks in transit.

I'm in the u.k and have ordered from Track48. So far I have had no postage delays either.

Regards
Andrew
