Your advice re grip pressure contradicts the following: -
Gene Sarazen Hold it like youre holding a baby bird in your hands.
Lee Trevino Hold it like you have a tube of toothpaste in your hands with the cap off, and make sure you dont squeeze hard enough for any paste to come out.
Tiger Woods Light is Right when he was being educated by Butch to hold it lighter using the pressures pads fitted in a practise putter.
When, during this process 10 years ago, he asked Ben Crenshaw, Ben said Tiger, I hold it so light the putter is nearly falling from my hands.
There are many other examples of proven expert putters who advocate a light grip pressure. Tightness creates a conduit for anxiety to twitch itself into the stroke. Feel is maximised by a light grip.
If you can manage to express it in less words than an average novella that would be appreciated, how the devil can you justify advocating a tight grip? Thats nuts, and plainly contradicts what is known to be true by proven expert putters, both now and over the long history of the game.
