      Hi David,

My experience with the oversize grips has been pretty positive in general. My only caveats are the added weight up high may make the balance of the putter seem a bit flippy IF there is a residue of handsiness in the stroke, and sometimes there is a lingering and unwanted awareness of the hands being left unclosed. The latter is the difference between having a secure grip on the handle of a hammer versus holding a big jar of iced tea at the Crackerbarrel Restaurant. If the fingertips don't make it all the way around to contact the thumb pad, there is a slight sense of lack of security, sometimes, for me at least, that draws attention to the hands. But if you are fine with the grip, by all means, use it. If it doesn't suit, you can always change back.

Thanks for asking, by the way.

      Cheers!
