Not sure this is the putter you're looking for, but here is some info on a blade-type putter...the URL to their website was too long to copy. If you put T & J putter in your search bar, you will see TJZ Enterprises Press Release and that url will take you to the site and there is a menu. There is also a phone number at the bottom of this info. Geoff may be able to come up with better info on the putter you are looking for, but thought I would offer some help.

Larry

INTRODUCING THE 4 X 4 PUTTER THE PUTTER THAT REALLY WORKS

* CONFORMS TO U.S.G.A. RULES
* EASY & ACCURATE ALIGNMENT
* ELIMINATES TWIST
* SOFT FEEL
* FACE BALANCED
* BETTER ROLL OFF CLUBFACE
* BUILDS CONFIDENCE
* ANODIZED FINISH IN BLACK OR CLEAR ( SILVER )

The 4 X 4 putter is the newest design in putters since the invention of the putter. The 4 X 4 has three distinct advantages over normal putter designs;

* The shaft has been designed so that the center of your hands & the center of the shaft are directly at the back of the ball.
* The connection of the shaft to the clubhead has been designed to give the ball a better roll off the clubhead.
* The large squareness of the clubhead, along with the special grooves, allows for easy & accurate alignment on straight or breaking putts.
