I like the
Ray Cook set of putting mirrors, especially the so-called "target" mirror:
The mirror is set down the line, and angled so that the golfer can see his face when he turns to face the target. There is a faint line vertically up the middle of the mirror. When the golfer's "eye line" across his face matches the line up the mirror, then the head setup is square, the eyes are physically directly above the line of the putt and the ball, the head turn to the target is good, the eyes are on plane, AND the gaze is straight out of the face. If any one of these aspects of the setup and head turn is out of whack, the golfer cannot make his eye line match the line on the mirror.
Vlad Gribovsky's Putting Stick has a similar "target" mirror with a line thru it, and his mirror is set at the end of a flat stick to putt the ball along:
The other components of the Ray Cook system are very similar to the
Eye Line system of setup lines and mirrors to check alignment positioning of the eyes, neck, shoulders, and hips:

Eye Line:
The only real difference is that the Eye Line system also has stroke guide rails.
I must say, for $10 you got a great deal!
Cheers!
