Geoff....Two things. First, I'm interested in the putters you are offering, God knows I need one more!!! Secondly and I guess this is two part so A: Do you think it's best to get fitted? I live in Raleigh, so coming to Greensboro is certainly not a problem. Part B: How do I get a lesson while I'm there? My putting woes are about to make me quit this game that I love so dearly. I'm striking the ball well. Last time out I had a 77 with 5 three putts. Oh yeah, I missed several inside the grip that didn't even scare the hole.

If you cant make a 1 foot putt("inside the grip") you need a mental coach.

Thanks for the insight but I would argue that if I could re-develop a repeatable stroke that I was confident in, the mental side would take care of itself. My problems come from being unsure as to whether to use an arc type stroke or a straight back and through. Right now, I'm afraid, the two are fighting each other.

First things first -- fix the stroke action in the body first (setup and movement), and then woory about what putter helps of hurst the body action.
