I want to buy a new Nike 20 20 putter--tried it out--great alignment and feel and interesting sound--however I need a 31 inch length and they only come in 33 and up--should I:
Buy a 33 and get a longer grip ?
Buy a 33 and cut it down--if so should it be reweighted in some fashion--if so what fashion??
Try to grow taller ??

Place Hands 2" Lower

March 7 2008, 10:12 AM

Dear Jer,

Just place your hands two inches lower than "suggested" on the grip. This is a better place for the hands anyway, and the extra two inches at the top will not or should not bother you.

Cheers!
