Geoff, I've read your book at least twice, taught myself the Mangum Moves and grooved my stroke all winter. Now that I'm golfing on real, tilted greens, I have streaks where I can't miss (4 10-foot 1-putts at the beginning of a round) and streaks where I 3-putt incessantly due to hidden repulsive forces emanating from the hole.

Question 1: How do I self-assess what I'm doing right and what needs more work?

Q1a: How do I tell if I'm performing the instinct-gravity putt?

Q1b: How do I tell if I've identified the fall line correctly?

Q1c: How do I tell if I read the last 3 feet and sussed out the tangent correctly?

Question 2: Can I train one of my playing partners to "coach" me (assuming that they are at all trainable). Can they see things about my putt that I don't? If so, what do I tell them to watch for?

Question 3: On mildly tilted greens, I choose my target for putting on the 12 o'clock side of the fall line at the intersection of the putt-start tangent. On severely sloped greens, I mentally move the target like a bead on a wire away from the hole (for both, severe uphill and severe downhill putts). Is there a way to visualize (or calculate) how "much" to move the target? (Something like a tangent line in 3D "poking" through the hill?).
