Question:

Hi All - Great Show

I have been experementing with an old Face Balanced putter I own and have cut it down to 32" (I am just under 6ft tall). I have been playing with it for the past 3 mths with great results and have improved my rounds by approx 4 strokes.

The question I have is that I have been told that what ever weight I removed from the putter when I cut it down I should have replaced elswere - either back into the shaft or the putter head depending on how the putter needs to be rebalanced. Is this true or false and dose it realy make any difference as I am very happy with the way my putter is preforming.

I would also be very interested in Geoff's comments on putter length's as it seems most people beleive as I did that the 35" putter they purchased from the Pro Shop is the correct length for them and they just need to adjust their stance e.t.c.

Keep up the good work.

Regards
