Depression is obviously caused by some sort of problem. Analyzing your problem would be a good start. Why are you having the problem? Is there a way to fix the problem? There are times when problems are not controllable. People are different and analyzing a problem might work for me and not for you. However, a key thing that you should always do is find someone that you can confide in. Let it all out..Talk to someone about it. Dont bundle it all in cause that in itself can cause some major explosion when it cant be contained any longer. Tell someone about it.... :)

Like Vien said, find somebody u can feel open and free to talk too, na discuss your problem with them.Its always good to talk things out rather than keeping it to yourself.
Depression is a very serious problem and it is best not to diagnose yourself.
If you feel depressed it could be a chemical imbalance in the brain and it is not something that you can snap out of.
There is a difference between a issue that can be resolved by talking and working your way through the problem and a chemical imbalance in the brain (a medical condition)
Please if you a feeling poorly for a long time, go see your doctor to be diagnosed correctly and be treated.
when depression sets in...its good to talk to people, but at the same time, one should meditate, you should try to do a soul search and find a balance in the energy.
I wish people wouldn't say that depression can or might be sorted out by talking and soul searching, although we all can feel a little bit depressed at times from certain aspects of life and some of us can sort out our problems by talking, there is a serious side to living with depression and if anyone suffers from long term depression help would be best received from a Doctor.
