| The Way You Treat It Affects Your Entire Being -- taken from the solo mommy magazine...
by Zuri Nia
If there is an aspect of your physical appearance that you want to change, do it with love and be patient with yourself. Take one step at a time.
Being fit allows you to feel really great and supports longevity. When we are in optimal physical health, our self-esteem is enhanced.
Exercise is very important. It reduces heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, colon and breast cancer, diabetes; reduces depression, anxiety, and body weight/fat; maintains healthy muscles, bones, and joints; and improves psychological well-being.
Here are some activities you can do to get you going:
· Walk instead of taking the bus.
· Walk up and down stairs instead of taking the elevator.
· Stretch your body before you get out of bed in the morning. During yourwork day, take a moment to stretch and take deep breaths.
If you want to begin an exercise program, plant the seed and the action will follow. Give your body plenty of nutritious food, water, and relaxation.

My new year's resolution. Did not realise what I had until it was gone...
Take time to enjoy the little things in life and you will find great fulfillment in all you do. Life is too short, enjoy it while you can and for those who are married, make the most out of your lives together. Love one another. Be nice to one another, take care of one another and just be there for one another.
God bless you all
