Ladies in Port Moresby

Veronica Umba, a journalist with Wantok Radio Light is running a program on the natural way to plan a family. She is inviting women and girls to attend the program to educate themselves on how to plan and have the right number of children, the natural way.

She has been running these program now for the last couple of weeks and has worked with women in settelments and educating those that are interested to know.

Do go along and find out. Call the post courier or wantok radio light and get some more information on the location and the dates..

Tenkiu long toksave. I will pass the word around to my friends. They sure will want to attend.

In the National today, on page 19, titled " Chinese challenge one-child policy". I read through the article and found out that villagers were taking fertility drugs and having multiple births. China was afraid, it might not feed its growing population so they came up with this policy of one child per couple. These villagers need extra hands to help with farming and had to do it the other way.
More and more couples are having more than on child just in one go. What a brilliant way to fool the system.

While some of us have the choice to choose how many to have, they have to abide by the policy.
