My son has just completed Class XII (results awaited). His electives were Physics, Chemistry, biology and Hindi.
Suppose he takes up Science subjects in the degree, that is Biotechnology, Biochemistry and microbiology, would it be difficult for him to prepare thoroughly for the Mains of IAS?
He has been showing an aptitude for biology. Nevertheless what subjects would you suggest as optionals?
Are there any foundation institutes for the undergraduates for starting to prepare for the IAS? (like those for IIT-JEE)
