Choice of 2nd optional

Hello sir,

I am 2nd year b.tech student (computer science) from IGIT,delhi.I have physics as one option but cannot make it to 2nd one.I have decided to give entrance in 4th year and wants a subject that need a little less input .Please guide me to select one from these:
1. Public administration
2. geography
3. history
