I am working in a Bank and have a strong desire to became an IAS officer.I can manage only 5 to 6 hrs a day and i have only two chances left 2010 & 2011.Please guide me how to start preparation.I want to take Sociology & Public Ad though i have done my graduation in ecvonomics.I m poor in economics.I stay in Mumbai.How to get study materials and guidance for preparation.
