Sir/Madam,

My life ambition is to become an IAS oficer i am working as a Engineer since 2004. I never attempetd CSE. I wish to opt Public Administration as one otional subject and other one i can't opt, but i am basically an Electrical Engineer, i am intrested in Electrical Engineering but my friends and others told me that didn't choose Electrical Engineering as optional subject it is too difficult to get service by choosing Electrical Engineering as option. Hence i can't decide, which subject i have to choose? are there any persons selected for services by choosing Engineering as one of the options please guide me sir.
