I used to play the piano and ya know what? that is the one thing I kick myself over for not sticking with it. I started playing when in the 2nd grade. Just think how awesome i would be now if i stuck with it, 25 years later. Ahh well, I will just write and hope i can find a musician to put my music to words
But what you said about putting in to a down tempo Greenwhich Village-esque sad folk song is odd because when i wrote this i had the Bright Eyes song "Let's Not shit Ourselves" on my mind and was keeping up with that tempo. Which is a lot faster and harder than a folk song.
