uses antagon in the LP to prime FSH receptors. You get a +OPK and then 10 days later you start an estrogen patch. The next 3 days (11, 12 and 13 days after +OPK) you take .25 antagon each day changing the patch everyother day until AF. Once you get AF you keep the patch on until it falls off. CD2 for baseline u/s and b/w check of P4, E2 and FSH. Start stims. This is Cornell's EPP.
You are not suppose to ttc the month you start this but I should know if I have a BFP by 9DPOs which would be 11 days post trigger (aka 11days post +OPK)
