If the second reading wasn't actually on CD3 then it shouldn't be interpreted as a day 3 reading. [But on the other hand, even a mid-cycle level of 80 is not good news. However, the number is not as readily interpretable.]
As for the high FSH reading, sounds screwy to me if you've been on meds etc, but just to give you some hope, here are some over 40 super high FSH success stories:
