| what an incredibly rocky ride you've had. I can only imagine how difficult it must be for you to see your friend like that.
But hey, focussing on the next steps is what I do. SMALL steps. You just need to get through today, right now and save the next lot of decisions for when they present themselves. I do exactly what you do and try to think ten steps ahead and all it does it induce mind numbing panic.
Breathe and just put one step in front of another, honey. You will get through this.
