I really really appreciate your responses. I was so angry, and sad and I guess confused in my thoughts when I posted. I still swell up with tears when I think of my friend. I think you are right that I should send a card to let her know I am thinking of her, and I will do that. You are all so spot on with your advice. Tracy, the fact that you still remember the acknowledgment from your friend just reinforces that I should do likewise, but just with a card I think as I haven't spoken to her for some years.
Holleigh, your note with personal experience especially has made me feel that it is ok to reach out, that it can only be seen as a thoughtful thing to do and so it could not be wrong. You see, yesterday when I posted I was thinking that still birth was such a private tragedy, that I could not intrude to let them know I was thinking of them and their babies. But now I feel that if I acknowledge the loss of their babies, then I am also acknowledging their existence and I believe that will be helpful. Perhaps Jaiden was there to welcome these two little babies as well. Thank you sincerely.
