Free-form fertility retreat in NE by ocean?

I have access to a house right beside the ocean in Massachusetts. The earliest I can get it is for the weekend of Nov 13-16, but some weekends in December or January are also possible. I was thinking how great it would be to have a fertility retreat there. The rent basically works out to $60 per bedroom per night, and there are five bedrooms, each sleeps at least two people. People could bring musical instruments, dance music, journals, art materials, sewing, crafts they are preparing for the holidays, anything fun. We could make collages about what we want and also about what our challenges are; do belly dancing to improve circulation around our ovaries, walk on the beach if the good weather holds, write and talk and support eachother's struggle. I can offer some helpful psych exercises if people want. People can bring copies of useful research articles, for others to read and copy and discuss. Massage therapy or reiki could also be arranged for a low price if enough people want it. If we don't want to be serious all the time, we could have an evening of doing comedy improv--nothing like a good laugh to let go of stress and help health! The views are great as it is right on the beach--you can walk for miles, or just stay in and watch the ocean and dream.
