Tracy...so sorry. I can't imagine how you must feel having to deal with this in such close quarters. What helped me a lot are some meditation tapes that I use. They really do help to soothe my spirit. I think just some time with yourself thinking about all of the things in your life that you do have to be grateful for is comforting. We tend to forget that while having a take home baby is a goal that all of us have fought so hard to achieve, ..there is more to us and more to our lives than whether or not a baby comes out of our womb.
Of course, it will still be difficult to get through those "in your face" moments like when your co-worker starts to show or when she has her baby shower, but at I think that the calmer your spirit is, the easier it will be to handle. Not easy...but easier.
