I'm so sorry BD...hugs to you. I don't get it. When you pay one fee for the three cycles that should include EVERYTHING...at least I would think so. When they bill their bill usually outlines every cost and every extra..did you get a bill? Did you actually speak to the office manager or are you going by the bill alone? Did the bill come from Las Vegas...Las Vegas often gets it wrong. I hope you can work this out. URGH!!
