I'm 41 and a few months.
Highest recorded FSH: 34
AFC without estinyl: 1-2
AFC with estinyl: 8-9

I live in Canada. Have never heard of a high FSH frienly Dr. here. Would have to drive or fly to US. My insurance covers drugs, but not IVF. Monitoring is covered by the Cdn public medical system if we do it here. I don't have lots of money, and a somewhat reluctant DH with a low appetite for repeat IVFs.
