I just couldn't go somewhere where I don't talk to the doctor anymore, and IVF was going very poorly at Check and his stats at 41 were zero for 2009, last stats posted, so I switched. Seems to be going better with Dr. T, but I find that no doctor really wants to do IUI on me in NY, so it really depends on what you are doing. Dr. T did tell me he's never had someone over 41 get pregnant with IUI. I find this a bit strange, but that's what he said. Sometimes I feel I should ask again, but as of now, not going back to IUI. Now we know that's not true, maybe for his office, but not true across the board. I just couldn't find someone willing to do it besides Check. I just didn't feel like I was getting anywhere with Check, as much as I wanted to. Good luck, Jen. Sorry you are going through this.
