I personally do not believe quitting gluten will do anything unless you have a known gluten sensitivity. To me.. the thing about most gluten products is that they don't have a lot of nutrients, so the more you eat of it, the less fruits and veggies you are eating, and that's not good. So good to limit bread, but not necessarily gluten.. IMHO. I also love bread, so do my best to limit, but right now am trying to have some wheatgrass shots to make up for the less nutrients. The frozen ones are actually not that bad mixed in water. I'm not saying I'm right, but just my opinion. I know Julia says no gluten and she got pregnant at 42 with FSH of 32, but we really don't know if it was diet, or just her time. I asked Jill Blakeaway - the author of making babies and she said it was not that important to cut out gluten. What she did say was coffee, even decaf is bad. Tea is ok, in fact, even with caffeine. There are some studies that say tea actually boosts fertility, in fact our CBS girl was drinking tea at the time she got pregnant. However, I'm sure someone will chime in and say that green tea is linked to contractions. I think it's great most of the time with all the antioxidants, and would just go easy in the 2 week wait with it, but still think it's ok. Again, just my humble opinion.
