I also recommend you stress to them to go ahead and get the smaller ones too, even if they are only around 10 - 12mm and then try to mature them in the lab. You may be surprised, those smaller ones my come up to 14 -15mm by trigger time. Also, ask your RE if maybe you should add an extra 75 of stims since you are adding the ganarelix. I always did that to compensate for it knocking down the E2 a bit. Not everyone does that though.
