Hi, Karen .. the following were tested
LH 40,00 IU/L
FSH 39,00 IU/L
E2 (Estradiol) 13,00 pg/ml
Progesteron 0,19 ng/ml
Prolaktin 158,00 ÂµIU/ml
TSH 1,40 µIU/ml
Testosteron 0,25 ng/ml
DHEA-S 2,00 Âµg/ml
Cortisol 154,00 ng/ml
surge.. you mean a menopause 'wave' of sorts?
Actually, I'm a little shocked by how little the doctors really care. I was told to take the pill for a month to force my period to come back. But that wouldn't be a normal period but I would start bleeding since hormones will abruptly be stopped after thee weeks. AND it could put the ovaries in an even longer break.
Will see what the hormone center says. I wrote them a long e-Mail with all my specific questions and they KNOW what I want to have answers to, still gave me an appointment within 2 days.
