I reckon some drug companies won't be too happy if there's potentially a way to bypass ivf meds and stims altogether.
It sounds like the next step involves collaborating with another researcher in the UK to try to grow these immature eggs and fertilise them. It would be wonderful if this worked and there was news of a live birth in a few years. It would be as big as when the first IVF birth was announced and would change everything.
If there was a treatment available in the next 10-15 years, I would definitely travel to wherever in the world it was being done.
