Of course they should have stated on their website what exactly that ratio of normal embryo means - the percent of women who have submitted the state range of embryos that will find at least one embryo to be normal.
However, this is a much more useful data than % of embryos that are normal. The reason being, the variance in fertility is BIG among women of the same age group. Some women have plenty of reserve and can produce normal eggs with ease, while others have diminishing ovarian reserve and can hardly churn out any normal eggs. So even if there is a % of embryos for the general population, it could be 80/20, which means, 20% of the women account for the 80% of the normal eggs.
However, if data is presented this way, we know the distribution of normal eggs by each unique woman. For example, if a woman aged 42+ can submit 10+ day 3 embryos for CGH, she has an 80% chance of finding one normal (according to their historical data). That to me is more useful data than telling me the percent of normal embryos in that cohort, because some highly fertile women in the same age group can completely skew the data.
