good for you! we've got to celebrate every little milestone, right? hopefully this is the start of something good... i just finished a 3-day juice cleanse/fast and it wasn't that bad. just be sure to be really careful breaking the fast, that really is the hard part. i thought of you because i bought an enema bag and was actually planning on trying it with this fast, but i chickened out! let me know if you try it and how it goes...
