that you are dealing with a loss. I know what a big letdown it is and especially after a long conception time. I also have a son who will be turning 6 yrs. old in Sept. and he was my 1st pregnancy at 38. I had an early loss of his twin. I started trying again for another at 39. I had 3 more early losses at 40,41, and 42. I am 44 now and have still been trying. It is very hard to keep going with this and not know if it will turn out to be a good outcome. My thoughts go out to us all in this situation. Some do have luck in the 40's though which does bring a little encouragement.
