I already take the Q10 and resveratrol. I didn't realize resveratrol helped egg quality, but that's a bonus! I'll probably add L'Carnitine & alpha lipoic acid as well. I'm already a major a pill popper! Another couple antioxidants couldn't hurt happy.gif
