Paying for treatment- 401K? Thoughts?

We dont have insurance for IF treatment even though I am in a mandated state - gotta love self insured companies.

I can take a hardship from 401k - but I can only take 1 in 12 month period - so I need to get all my costs in one quote - I was thinking 3 mini-IVF and then shared donor cycle (or 2?) . I don't want to take more than $30K from my account - that pretty much wipes it way down.

Any ideas if Check could give an upfront quote for that type of treatment? I dont' want to take too little and be stuck for another year -if I take too much, I have a loan from my last IVF cycles that I can pay off and put a lot back into the account.
