I was with Dr. Check as an OOT patient and I strongly recommend estinyl. It "worked" for me in the sense that it completely normalized my cycles. It fixed one of the problems with my high fsh - whereby the follicle is recruited too early, you ovulate too early, the lining is not ready etc. Unfortunately, I did not find the golden egg despite having a dozen or more perfect cycles. Also, my antral follicle count really went up on estinyl - from about 2 to about 8-10 - amazing! IT does not do this for

YOu should not take estinyl in the luteal phase until you have had a blood pregnancy test ruling out a posible pregnancy. Instead, take estrace during the luteal phase. For me, estrace works exactly the same in suppressing early follicles that came too early. The advantage with estinyl is that it is synthetic and does not show up in bloodwork so you get an accurate E2 reading and can see when your follicles start producing E2.

Estinyl can be a bit suppressive, but the trick is just to go off it on the right day of the cycle. After I went off, I would get an FSH surge that would boost the follicle growth. They recommended about day 6 but I think this was too long for me and I would end up ovulating on day 17 or 18 or so. In the last while I actually go off it on day 1 of my cycle, get a really nice FSH boost and get 2 follicles each time, ovulating perfectly on day 14. That may be a bit soon for you. You can experiment a bit or try going every other day until day 6. What you are looking for is nice even follicle growth and perfect ovulation.
