For the majority of high FSH women, MDL is not a good protocol. It is suppressive and compromises egg quality (in my observation). I think that low-stim antagonist would be far better.

I too had IVF success at age 39 and much of it was taking supplements, getting to an RE with a good lab, and using a reasonable protocol. Good luck!
