broody hen, or anyone have info on femera - Child ment

Hi

I have had a 2 month rest and now looking to do a low stim cycle. I wanted to know if anyone can give me any info on femera, and why they chose it. I cant take clomid, but I was thinking of doing a low dose injectable, agonist cycle. Any info about this, I am all ears.

Also Broody hen, how did you figure out to look for immune disfunction? did you have a lot of miscarriages? I have had 1 child, so feel confident that I am ok, but I have red somewhere that NK cells can come about after a live birth.
