What does he mean by natural way? That means he is not interested in alternative reproductive methods such as IVF? I think many of these men don't realize that IVF is very common these days, and even younger couples have to use fertility drugs, IUI or IVF to get pregnant nowadays.
I don't know about egg freezing.

You might consider donor egg as well.
