In response to a couple of the questions ...

Jamie, although I grew up in Christchurch, I don't live there, so wasn't directly affected by the earthquakes, but have many friends who were.

MIR, I cycled here in Auckland, with Dr Simon Kelly at Fertility Associates. Great guy, very knowledgeable, and treats his patients as genuine partners in the decision making process, which is unfortunately rare.

I'm so glad the posts have been helpful. I learned SO much from the women on these boards, especially this one, and I remember myself trawling the post archives to find useful information. Knowledge is power!

I'm going to try and keep an eye in here a bit more often if I can. Wanted to wish you all well!
