I think too thin can be a hindrance, in spite of what that recent study says. I think a body that is well nourished just naturally will be a better home for a baby to flourish. For me, activity is the key, not calorie restriction. I lost 20 pounds one time with no exercise and just calorie restriction and I felt horrible and my hair started falling out. So future efforts I kept calories up to a reasonable level and just upped activity to help reduce weight. Thanks for the post.
