      Are you kidding me?

      I specifically asked the nurse to email me the instruction sheet as well.

      New Hope: "Why would I do that? I am faxing it right now."
      Me: "Oh, ok, well, I'd sure appreciate an email just to cover our bases."
      New Hope: "No, we are all set. I'm faxing it right now."

      I show up at 6:30am this morning. Yep, you got it. No orders.

      However, they did a u/s:

      Day 14:
      Right: 1 follicle at 23.6 and 1 follicle at 12
      Left: 1 at 9mm
      Lining: 11.6

      Probably won't have b/w due to no orders. Sigh.
