      I can only give crappy advice in the context of a medical system I don't understand. I'm sure you are right. I'm also a bit difficult when I'm angry and it's amazing how much you can get accomplished by being upset and in peoples faces if necessary. So I guess I can only say: please do everything you can for yourself and insist if you can on it being taken seriously. I think your symptoms are urgent, for one.
