I did 8 days of 300IU/Follistim, I think (or 9 if you count my injecting whatever I had left with my trigger shot, which was probably at least 100-150IU if not more--I didn't measure exactly, just injected whatever I had left). So I started Follistim on CD5 and stopped when I triggered on CD13, which is five more days of the full dose and six if you count whatever I took the day of the trigger as well. I also started Ganirelix to suppress ovulation the day after I stopped the Femara, which would have been CD8, and continued that every day until the HcG shot.
The supplements I took were
Prenatal vitamin (Rainbow Light brand, I think)
Melatonin (3mg at bedtime, Vitamin Shoppe house brand)
Inositol (2g at bedtime, Solgar)
Ubiquinol (600mg, broken up into 200mg/3x a day, Vitamin Shoppe)
Complete Omega 3-6-9 (Nordic Naturals)
Calcium citrate (Vitamin Shoppe)
HGH (Omnitrope, by prescription, 1/2cc per day)
All of these were per Dr. T's dosage instructions except for the omega and calcium, which I figured couldn't hurt. He is not in favor of my using DHEA, but beyond that I don't feel comfortable expressing an opinion on his behalf on the subject in general. I started all of these at the beginning of the cycle--no supplements in the luteal phase except the prenatal vitamins, fish oil, & calcium.
