yes, that is where i saw it. a google search on kliman (correct spelling, thank you!) definitely turns up some articles. i'll try to read them later when i've got more time. but quickly, i found this, on the network 54 donor egg board from last year:
Briefly, if she has tried donor sperm already and is doing donor egg then that is suggestive of a uterine problem. A friend of mine has done the endometrial study several times with Dr. Kliman at Yale (specializes in endo function tests) and found that she was in phase on the cycle where she got pregnant but has been out of phase in recent months when they've tried for #2 and failed multiple FETs using donor egg and donor sperm. Dr. Kliman believes that the standard progesterone protocol used by most REs does not adequately mimic the slow build up of progesterone that occurs in a natural cycle so he tailors the progesterone protocol to taper up over a week or so, rather than just starting in with a big dose from day one like most REs do. It really could be something this simple. Does she live in the U.S.? If she is overseas, this may be harder to test for. She would need an endo bx and send it to Dr. Kliman. The protocol is very simple and she could even opt to do it without testing first since there would be no harm done.
