You can cycle with the clinic and just use lower stims than they are suggesting. With high FSH often the number of follies don't differ much with high or low stims so nobody is too surprised if you don't get many follies. I did this with my clinic as they didn't know much about high fsh and the high/low stim debate. Not ideal but it was much more convenient for me to do this than to travel to another clinic. I did a high stim the way they suggested and got 7 eggs but no success and then did a med/low stim on my own and got 4 eggs and one stuck. Just depends what you are comfortable with. The stim thing is not really rocket science so I didn't feel nervous about it (plus safer and less expensive to go with lower stims).
