Hey Guys, Where can I get wheat grass capsules. My local Health Food Store doesn't have them. Also, How much to take?

I think they have it. I don't know how much. I know there's also frozen wheat grass.

I was going to order it. But what site is a good one? I need to do something. My acupuncture appointment is not until november 18.

vitacost dot com for one. They sell wheat grass tablets - Amazing Grass brand and Pines are both supposed to be good. Both brands are organic.
