One problem with it though,....you can't take aloe vera while pregnant or nursing and it might not be good if you're TTC...so if I had to go another route what has worked pretty good is for me: prunes, fiber (esp. beans, like pinto beans)fresh pears(if you can find them) and tons of water...not too glamorous, but you'll sure feel alot better!

Raw veggies are a sure bet, but I've always had to eat them in moderation.
