supplement? i was wandering round my local health food store and talked to someone who swears by it. it's supposed to shrink fat and boost metabolism. promoted by dr. oz who, although i know he means well, going by his whole older women having babies shebang a few weeks ago, doesn't appear to know as much as he should...imo anyway.
anyone else trying it? i thought i would start taking it.
