Recipe/Meal Plan Help?

I need recipes and money saving tips for this restrictive diet I am on to treat the systemic candidiases.

I can ONLY eat the things on the following list for a WHILE (until all signs of infection have been gone for two weeks - so probably a good couple of months if not longer).

Here's the list. Any suggestions would be great.

Katie, I dunno, but http://www.allrecipes.com has a place on it that you can plug in your ingredients into it and come up with some good recipes.
